| Logos and/or graphics are to be supplied on CD or via email to your customer service representative. All artwork is to be supplied ready to print (high res eps) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and all fonts to be pathed/curved. For more information about artwork specifications, please click here. |

| Rush Charge |
| We will do everything possible to meet your required delivery dates. Under certain conditions items may be moved up in the production schedule. Additional charges may apply. Please call one of our customer service staff for further details. |

| Cancellation |
| Orders will be subject to a cancellation charge to compensate for any costs incurred prior to cancellation (artwork charges, printing plates). |

| Returns |
| No returns on custom printed products are accepted unless resulting from manufacturing error and must be authorised in writing. Product samples to verify your claim must be submitted within 30 days. |
